Innovation challenge to tackle the COVID 19 pandemic with open geospatial data

The event aims at developing innovative Web or Mobile based geospatial software solutions using programming languages, APIs and Open Geospatial Data sets with prime focus on COVID-19 Pandemic. The geographical region can be India or any sub-region within. Solutions must have a direct value-addition to various stakeholders such as government administrator planners, decision makers and citizens.

Participants are encouraged to use Indian study site to demonstrate their solution

Team Members: 2-4(Max)
The competition will be held in two phases.
In the first phase, the registered candidate has to submit a proposal write up with the deliverables and the proposed approach and the datasets to be used. This will be evaluated by the team of experts and the shortlisted teams will be announced.
These shortlisted candidates will move on to the next phase wherein actual development takes place. The students are given around 3 months to develop the product and submit the results.
